By enrolling in our paid LMS-based Arabic courses, you agree to comply with these Specific Terms & Conditions established by The Arabiker, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions. Both sets of terms apply.

Specific Terms and Conditions for Access to Our LMS-Based Arabic Courses with The Arabiker:


1. Access to Learning Management System (LMS)
:

Upon subscribing to our LMS-based courses, The Arabiker is committed to providing learners with access to our course page, which includes media resources, practice drills, and other useful content relevant to the course.

2. Expiry for Courses:

As long as learners paid for their subscription, they will have 24/7 access to their LMS course and tech-driven exercises.

If learners do not pay for their subscription, they may lose access to the LMS course.


3. Use of Learning Management System (LMS) and Feedback Policy:

When utilizing our LMS as part of your course, The Arabiker is committed to providing instant feedback and guidance after the submission of any assignment, quiz or exercise. This feedback is designed to support your progress and enhance your learning experience.

In case of AI-generated or other automated feedback, AI can make mistakes. The Arabiker is not responsible for the AI-generated responses by any means.

In case of human language experts’ feedback, experts may not address every error they detect in your submission. In line with a systematic approach to language learning, experts will focus on areas most relevant to your current level and progression. This means some errors may be skipped to ensure a manageable and structured learning experience. Our experts reserve the right to prioritize feedback based on pedagogical best practices and the learner’s development stage.

Additionally, The Arabiker reserves the right to change the assigned language expert at any time.

4. Textbook Provision:

Subscribing to any of our LMS-based courses does not include the provision of the textbook suggested. Learners are responsible for acquiring any required textbooks or materials for the course independently.

5. Course Nature:

Courses are conducted exclusively online through the LMS and do not include live, in-person or online classes.

6. Refund Policy:

General Policy: All payments made for our paid LMS-based Arabic courses are non-refundable.

Access Termination: If the subscription fee is not paid after the trial period or any subsequent monthly charges, access to the LMS course will be terminated, and no refunds will be issued for any period of access.
